Purchasing livestock:

We do our best to keep our stocking levels up to date, When livestock is ordered it is generally shipped on a Wednesday for arrival with the customer Thursday or Thursday for arrival with the customer Friday.

However depending on the health and availability of the individual animals shipping can take up to 14 Days or in extreme circumstances beyond 14 days but we will be in contact if this is the case once your order is placed.

If individual animals are out of stock they will be ordered on behalf of the customer, the current order will be placed on hold until the out of stocks come back into stock.

if a customer wishes to allow substitute’s please let us know in the order comment box that subs are ok if stock availability is an issue.

Once the order is placed the delivery labels are printed in advance so the Delivery fee is not refundable as labels are specific to each customers order and can not be reallocated.

In relation to dead on arrival fish (D.O.A), we are not responsible for delays due to shipping, once fish leave our premises, any D.O.A’s although not our responsibility, we will endeavour to replace any stock lost on the next order.

All our fish leave the premises in pristine condition, but we understand that due to stress or other reasons problems may occur, this is the best arrangement we can offer our customers, claims must be accompanied with photos or video evidence.

When you place your order we will assume you have read and agreed with these terms and conditions.

Please note that there will be no refunds on shipping as delivery is prepaid once the order is placed and cannot be reversed.
